Korean hemorrhagic fever is characterized by its distinct clinical courses, febrile, hypotensive, oliguric, diuretic, and convalescent phase and a few significant late complication had been known after recovery such as neurologic sequelae
following
CVA,
hypopituitarism, renal hypertension, chronic renal faiure were reported.
This case emphasize the chronic renal failure in patient with rare sequelae of Korean hemorrhagic fever.
